For everyone who's fallen for the Sims, you've might found out it's possible to make your own characters there, including real persons or television/movie ones. I've started making my own Sims, and for each one I complete I will add them here.

How to use them: Download the zipfile (containing one head-skin and one body-skin) and the extract the files to the "Skin" folder found under "Game data", then when you start up the game you have the new head and new clothes as options when you put together your sim character.

Character:
Faith
Head Skin:
Made out of actual picture of her, hair is partly made up, empathism on the lock of hair on her forhead. Artistic liberty.
Body Skin:
Allready existing sim-clothing, with modification to make it more simmilar to what Faith has/would wear.

Character:
Angel
Head Skin:
Made out of actual picture of him, no big changes there, hair is smother though.
Body Skin:
Allready existing pants, where I only changed texturing, then added the tattoo as simmilar as I could make it. Pondered on adding the shirt, but that would cover the tattoo.

Character:
Spike
Head Skin:
Made out of actual picture of him, no big changes there, hair is as simmilar as I could manage.
Body Skin:
Allready existing pants and jacket, though I made some mini-alternations on the jacket. Wanted to make the coat, but it was close to impossible.
