Wesley Whyndam Pryce was born in England, not sure where. He was enrolled at the watcher academy and was head boy. He was called to duty in 1999 as official watcher of Buffy Summers and Faith Lehane after their previous watcher, Giles had been fired. Wesley had no real experience with real vampires and screwed up majorly on the job. Faith turned sides and ended up in a coma and Buffy quit the councel when they refused to help her when Angel was poisoned by Faith.

Wesley left Sunnydale after graduation and took up hunting demons as trade. He ran into Angel on one of his missions and after a while ended up on Angel's team.


Winifred Burkle was born and raised in Texas. She comes from a loving family enviroment, normal tight family ties. However she wanted to break free and see the world of science at UCLA and moved to LA to study, then one day she picked up the wrong book in the library and was sent through a portal to Pylea, where she lived as a runaway slave in a cave. After five years she was found by Angel and brought back to LA, where she joined the crew.


Wesley was in love with Fred from the start. But unfortunatly for him, so was Gunn and he was the guy Fred fell for. In addition to that Angel's son Connor was born and Wesley discovered a prophecy about Angel possibly killing Connor, so he took the baby with him to bring him to safety. The prophecy ended up being a false one and the gang felt betrayed. Fred had a hard time trusting Wesley after that.

Wesley was left on his own and hooked up with Lilah. Angel was putin a box and sunk into the sea by his own son and Wesley secretly searched for him the entire summer. He continued his mission outside of the AI crew, but slowly he was pulled back, in the end he had to make a choice, which side did he stand on? He chose to return to the crew. And he and Fred became friends again. When they stopped Jasmine from taking over the world completely they were offered to take over Wolfram & Hart and they accepted it. Fred started a relationship with her co-worker Knox and Wesley accepted that she would never choose him.

Fred however realized that Knox just wasn't the one for her, that she was more and more starting to look at Wesley as possibly being the one, but unfortunatly for her, Wesley seemed to be completely dense when it came to picking up her signals. In the end tired of constantly hinting things out to him, she got up the courage to tell him, or more correctly kiss him.

However their bliss was way too short, as Fred was sent a sarcoficus not long after. Her curiousity took the best of her and when studying it, it opened and she was forced to breathe in dust, which turned out to be the essence of an old one. Wesley was determined to save her from it and shot anyone who worked on any other case. Fred refused to stay in bed to wait for this thing to kill her and in the end, Wesley took her to her appartment and stayed by her side. He did everything he could to make her last moments as comfortable as he could and he whitnessed the love of his life die slowly and painfully in his arms. Then the demon Illyria moved in and took over her body, as a walking copy of Fred. Wesley tried killing it, but failed.

When Illyria saw her army dead she sought help to learn about this new world she had woken up in. Wesley accepted and took on the full responsibility to teach her what he could. And then Angel revealled that he planned to take on the Senior Partners and asked them to think of what he asked them to do and get back to him on if they were willing to fight with him and possibly die. Wesley accepted and was told to take the day of, do whatever he could to make it the best last day he could, because it probably was. Illyria offered to take on the shape of Fred for him, make her come alive for him, just for that day, but he refused. As he wasn't planning on dying, he wouldn't be able to accept the lie.

Wesley was mortally wounded in the fight and Illyria asked him if he wanted to hear the lie now and he accepted. And as he died, he died in the arms of Fred. Kind of a poetical end as she had died in his.
